DMCA Removal / Copyright Infringement Policy

RaptureStone respects the intellectual-property rights of creators, artists, photographers, writers, publishers and other copyright holders.
If you believe that copyrighted material has been published on RaptureStone without authorization and that the material infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement or DMCA removal request using the process outlined below.
1. Submit a Copyright Removal Request

2. Information Required
A copyright removal request should include:

If multiple copyrighted works are involved, provide a representative list of those works.
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Provide the URL or other specific location of the material appearing on RaptureStone that you believe infringes your copyright.
3. Your contact information

– Mailing address, where appropriate
4. Statement of good-faith belief
Your request should include a statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or applicable law.
5. Statement of accuracy and authority
Your request should include a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and, where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
6. Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative should be included.
3. What Happens After We Receive a Complaint
Once RaptureStone receives a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may review the material and the information provided by the complainant.
Depending on the circumstances, RaptureStone may:
– Remove or restrict access to the disputed material.
– Contact the relevant contributor or party responsible for the material.
– Request additional information from the complainant.
– Request evidence demonstrating ownership or authorization.
– Decline the request if the complaint does not establish a sufficient copyright basis for removal.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee that material will be removed.
4. Editorial Content and Copyright Complaints
A copyright complaint should concern an actual copyright issue.
A disagreement with an article’s reporting, opinion, criticism, review, political coverage or editorial position does not by itself constitute copyright infringement.
If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact RaptureStone with details supporting the requested correction.
5. Fair Use and Other Legal Exceptions
Some uses of copyrighted material may be permitted under applicable law without authorization from the copyright owner.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include forms of criticism, commentary, news reporting, education, research or other legally protected uses.
RaptureStone may consider applicable copyright exceptions when reviewing a removal request.
6. False or Misleading Claims
Copyright complaints should be submitted only when the complainant has a legitimate basis for believing that their copyrighted work has been infringed.
Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent or misleading copyright claims may have legal consequences.
RaptureStone reserves the right to reject complaints that appear abusive, fraudulent or unrelated to copyright infringement.
7. Counter-Notification
If material is removed following a copyright complaint and the affected party believes that the removal was made in error, they may contact RaptureStone to dispute the removal.
A counter-notification should explain why the material was authorized, does not infringe copyright, or is otherwise legally permitted.
RaptureStone may request additional information before restoring removed material.
8. Repeat Infringement
RaptureStone may take appropriate action against users, contributors or other parties who repeatedly submit or publish material that infringes the rights of others.
Such action may include removal of content, suspension of publishing privileges or other measures considered appropriate.
